  • Click on the magnifying glass of the Search bar and on “Change Search Settings”.
  • Choose the default search engine from the Search Preferences window. Close the About: Preferences page to save the changes.

For Internet Explorer

  • Open Tools (Press Alt+X) and click on Manage add-ons.
  • Right-click on “AVG Secure Search” and select Disable.
  • Within the Search Providers, right-click on the search engine and set it as default.
